Let Loose - Soft Play And Cafe

Toddler choked on the pizza. Ate her with my friend on a really busy day, and we ordered a Margherita pizza for the children (3 years old). The pizza that came was to share for both of them and unfortunately I didn't think anything of it, but the cheese was very thick and stringy plied ontop of the pizza. Within my child's third or fourth bitr of the pizza he froze and couldnt breathe and started choking. Very scary and the incident probably only lasted about 10 seconds, my friend had him over her arms and hit his back repeatedly and eventually unlodged the cheese from his throat. I was very worked up and It happened really fast. But with the food you are serving, the bread and cheese was far too much for little mouths to be eating and swallowing easily. Things could of gone a lot worse, and I'm very grateful he's okay. Please change the type of cheese you are serving so this doesn't happen again to any other child 🙏🏻 Thankyou

Well the kids are happy for hours. Big enough and a good size area with a large variety of activities, all built for safe play. Nothing seems dangerous to children, except for, head height, corners to the dining tables for toddlers.. Cafe is reasonably priced. All staff are excellent and are only too glad to assist. Would I change anything? Not really. Maybe I would change the fluorescent lighting to a brighter, mood enhancing glow. The present ceiling lighting seems a bit cold and gloomy. Otherwise, this play center is a good choice for children and parents whilst visiting, Sale shopping area.

Visited yesterday afternoon with my son, very hygienic, very reasonably priced with amazing staff. A special shoutout to Poppy who made my sons day as it was quiet and gave him somebody to play with 😊 definitely recommend to any local parents it’s a lovely little place!
