Perfect kids party place, took away all hassle. Staff very professional especially host Paige.

We've been regulars here for a while and always speak of it highly. I also completely understand that it's tough for small businesses, however not allowing children any snacks/food brought from home and then charging £1 for a small banana is extremely disappointing. I dont mind purchasing food and we usually do, but not when it feels like you're being taking advantage of. Last time we came were were charged about 40p. Unfortunately, this will impact where we choose for soft play in the future.

A very busy Saturday with my little toddler, that was fine plenty for him to do/go play in. My only issue was bigger kids in the toddler section leaping off bits being crazily boisterous and there didnt seem to be anyone acknowledging kids 5+ year older in there acting like this. Granted this is down to the parents watching (or rather not watching) their kids. I'd to keep pulling my little one out the way of being landed on
