We go here quite often a nice place. Unfortunately Sunday morning a heated exchange erupted between two parents. One parent screaming and swearing in front of kids totally unacceptable. Luckily I think the staff member is called Morgan managed to cool things down and dealt with the issue brilliantly so credit to her

Visited on Friday and had a lovely time with my Daughter and Mum. Very friendly, helpful staff, really good facilities, and a nice atmosphere in general. My daughter is only 8 mm onths, but when we took her in the baby section all the parents and childern were very thoughtful and made sure she had a safe little area to play in, ehich is not always the case. Special shout-out to Aysha who was fantastic and almost as charmed by my little girl as she was with her.

Great customer service from Maddison. Lovely clean play area for kids.
