Funopolis

Unfortunately the place is filthy I don't think it's been cleaned in years the layers of dust and hair are so thick on the play gyms and the toilets were awful. I didn't even stay a full hour. It's a shame because the place is great it's just dirty and feels unhygienic

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have been trying to get a response regarding my issue, yet my WhatsApp messages have been read and completely ignored. I genuinely cannot understand how a company can think it is acceptable to take a customer’s money and then refuse to communicate when there is a problem. What has made this situation even more frustrating is that I have given Funopolis every opportunity to respond and resolve the matter, but instead I have been met with silence. Reading a customer’s messages and deliberately choosing not to reply is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and will be taking the appropriate steps to pursue my complaint. I will also be sharing my experience so that other parents and customers can make an informed decision before booking any birthday parties with them. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend this company.

Not visited for over a year and still just as dirty as previous visits. No toilet roll in 3 ladies cubicles, reported to staff, back again before we left approx 1½ hours later and still no loo roll! Food ridiculously over priced for a play place. Only things that looked/ felt clean were tables and chairs which tbf a young man was clearing and cleaning very diligently. Staff all polite enough but very young and didn't know if an ice pack was available when a child on the next table had fallen off something and banged his head.
