Claudie's Club Soft Play

Been to so many soft plays with my 5 year old but this one was a bit strange in that you’re only allowed to order and eat within your slot. This is not made clear on the site or on emails. I’m quite used to eating after the session of play is over. Children take a long time to eat so a 1.5 hour slot of play time would not be enough to have your 5 year old play AND eat especially if you’re on a play date. It would be better to allow families to eat after their slot and be flexible when it’s not busy or offer an 2/2.5 hour session. The 5 hour slot is far too much of a jump. Unfortunately as a local, I won’t be revisiting for this reason.

Fab soft play! Very reasonably priced too! The soft play is a decent size, so lots of room. Also a ball pit, sensory area, dressing up clothes & toys to play with. My 1 year old found plenty to do & had a wonderful time. Friendly staff & nice food too. Plenty of tables & high chairs. Would definitely recommend & will be back.

The service was really lovely today. Staff were kind and considerate. I'm normally reluctant going to soft plays but it was clean, tidy and just had a lovely atmosphere. Thank you!
