Rainforest Rascals Soft Play

The place itself is nice enough for a toddler, it was nice to be somewhere where my child can do the things herself. The let down is the service. Waited over half an hour for a frozen pizza (defo not worth £12), during that time we had already finished eating the rest of our order. It wasnt busy either at the time so we must have been forgotten about. We went up to complain but at that very moment the rest of the food came out. I noticed there is only 2 members of staff operating this whole place by themselves which may explain some of the lack of service but they both seem to be completely uninterested here. I read in a reply to a similar review that the reviewer should have spoken to the manager, but there is noone here, and the girls that are here are definitely not interested, unfortunately. Sad to say we won't be returning, despite the locality and anemities. It's the staff and service.

Exceptional service, lovely and engaging staff especially Emily, tidy and clean soft play, kids loved it and definitely will be returning in the future

My daughter's been to Rainforest Rascals loads of times and she loves it. I'd highly recommend bringing your toddler here for a bit of fun playtime indoors.
