Jumpin’ Jax Soft Play & Party

Went to a birthday party here a few days ago and was shocked by all the damage to the equipment and the bodged fixes the flooring is completely unsafe i tripped on it and a toddler tripped aswell no major injuries caused this time. One part of the equipment has a hole down into if a kid is unaware and puts the hands/arm on to it to jump over as kids do they are going to get hurt, there was exposed foam every where which results in kids picking at it meaning there is foam on the floors. I will add pictures. I understand damage happens but it seems this place never gets round to fixing anything properly they just whack more tape on it.

Have to say this play area has gone down hill I hate to say very dirty and most of the equipment is falling apart flooring not safe tap holding some parts together and the carpet in the football area is unsafe and won’t be long before a child trips on it judging by my sons sock the floor is filthy and the toilets need some attention also windows from the outside i have never seen so many cob webs cable ties Goulding the netting together and some netting damaged and my son climbed Im to it i have to say so disappointed in the up keep and how dirty it has become I have to say I left the place feeling dirty and it needs some attention in the whole place Im shocked this place hasn’t been shut down as it’s falling apart needs money spent on it have to say the man behind the counter was very friendly and it’s a shame as I used to love taking my son and daughter here

As a childminder I love bringing my older children here and the younger ones really enjoy the toddler mornings with Sophie. Staff are all friendly and happy to help. I love that the whole area is enclosed so children can just run out the door without a grown up so I can relax a little bit and let the kids enjoy themselves without hovering over them all the time
