Kids enjoyed it and adults well catered for. I would like to have seen a drinking fountain but perhaps I had a man look. The staff were very good.

We visited Wonder Soft Play at the end of August and unfortunately left with mixed feelings. Although we visited on a weekday, we were charged the full “peak season” price. We accepted this, expecting the full experience in return. However, once inside, we discovered that there were not enough staff members to operate some of the attractions, including the electric cars and the inflatable tube slides, meaning we were unable to use everything we had paid for. This was particularly disappointing because customers were being charged peak-season prices while the venue appeared to be operating with reduced staffing. Had we known this in advance, we would probably have chosen another soft play venue, especially as there are alternatives nearby at around half the price. I want to make it clear that this is not a criticism of the staff working that day. They were polite, helpful and seemed to be doing their best with the resources available to them. The customer service team also kindly gave our children some small gift bags as an apology, which we appreciated. For me, the main issue was the management decision to charge full peak-season prices without providing enough staff to ensure that all attractions were available. The staff handled the situation as well as they could, but unfortunately the way the venue was managed that day left a disappointing impression.
