Been today after not being for a few years was disappointed to find the go carts were not there ( no mention of this on the website also the tunnels on the outside were very dirty and prices for children’s drinks are expensive

I so wanted a lovely time here and to leave a rave review but it’s absolutely filthy. The under 3s area had school age children running around dangerously. The food and seating area is clean and staff nice. But the actual place needs a very deep clean. So much is just taped up as well. The toilets weren’t nice. A friend told me a bit of a horror story involving a poop trail there the other week too. I then find out theyre going into liquidation so i guess their priority isnt maintaining or improving. Posting here as a warning to others as two friends said their children were poorly after a visit and that its happened on more than on occasion. Its a shame as it could be amazing if improvements were made. Ball pit area is so dark. a child told me she wont go in there because she finds it “creepy” and i totally agree. It says no food in this area but there are loads of food wrappers around. Ive never left a bad review before but it was necessary today im sorry.

Visited yesterday first and last time staff really rude and unprofessional food was absolutely awful. Was gobsmacked as to how rude the chef and manager were. complained about the food and they were so rude about it and Made me pay when I wanted to order something else. It’s not safe for children. Toddler zone is not manned just let anyone in. My 11 month old was in there and there was big kids throwing things around. Sensory corner was rubbish everything was broken. Will never return again can’t believe they even charge what they do.
