Needs a tlc makeover getting battered

We go this wacky often but this we had a party there for the first time. We hired the room privately and honestly it was the best thing we’ve done for a party! £290 to hire the whole room out privately, you get 2 hours and upto 20 kids, this included goody bags for the kids which also includes a free return pass for each child, plenty of food and juice, I’ve done my own parties in the past but this just took so much stress away! We had libby and Emily there hostIng it and they were absolutely fantastic, they made everything run so smoothly! Couldn’t have done it without them. Emily was so sweet and helpful, very easy to get on with and made life as easy as possible for on the night. We’ve got to know Libby well so we were happy to know she was there on the night also, we knew she’d be great and she was, like always. I’d recommend requesting these two for future parties, they just made everything so much easier for us. Thankyou so much girls.

I'd give no stars if I could. DONT BOOK I paid 190.00 for a wacky party total 15 children for 90 mins It was rammed with members of the public I was told on the day of the party about exclusive hire. The booking noted a number of adults joing who were stood up for the full 90 minutes. Food - I was asked when I'd like the food fetching out I asked in 30 mins time as we had a face painter the women then said well it's ready now. SO WHY ASK? Food was still delayed and burnt non of children enjoyed and most left the hot dogs. Ice cream arrived late no children were sat down Drinks- I had to go and ask about drinks included with my payment and the women said she forgot. Table- plastic sheeting - looked like a painters plastic wrap! Birthday cake - came out when no children were there. Environment- rammed and stressful. Party bags- left in a corner no staff came to let me know I had to go and ask if they were mine. I then had to take them to our table because there was no room to give to the party children. In summary do not bother booking with this place. It was chaos, no organisation, they just let anyone in to get payment. Worst experience I've had for a child's party and feel like I've thrown 190 down the drain.
