Over crowded cluttered and disorganised. The one in merthyr is much better organised clean and staff at merthyr are so friendly. Didn't find that here. We won't be returning.

Really frustrated with this place. Pay a heap of money for the kids to go in. Then they charge for the adults too?? Makes absolutely no sense. I'm not going there to play on the rides am I? Also not allowed to take your own food or drinks in. Coffee is rubbish. I only come here so the kids can have a good time, but honestly feeling like never coming back again.

do not recommend this place after years of coming here with my grandchildren bringing own drinks i was approached by a member of staff which i have never seen before? who was enforcing i bin the drinks ! i told him we have never had this problem to what he replied well you need bin drinks ! never again and i'd advise you stay clear
