Clean and tidy space A little over priced for what it is and. The sensory room could do with alot more lights and equipment but never the less enjoyed our visit

A lovely play area! Very spacious and plenty of room. Staff were so lovely from the moment we walked in. Couldn’t do enough for you. They even handed out tip tops to cool the children down before the session ended which I thought was so lovely. The play areas are great and very clean! Will be returning very soon!

I'm so glad someone took over the old fun factory! The escalator and lifts were working. Lady at the reception desk (1 of the co owners) was super friendly and welcoming! Lovely colours inside across the 3 soft play areas. Table and chairs were nicely coloured and a nice menu too! Super clean and my little one had so much fun! Definitely coming back in the future! Especially as it's right next door to Tesco which is our regular visit 😆
