Churchill Wacky Warehouse

Me my wife and our 2 and 3 year old came today for the first time Wacky Warehouse and we can't fault the experience. The food was very good, the place has nice and tidy and has air conditioning 👌 that was a plus in this heat wave. A big thanks to Diane she went above and beyond to make us feel welcoming.

Soft play for the grandchildren at Wacky Warehouse. For them to meet new friends and blow off some steam. They always love it. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

My family and I have been loyal monthly members for over two years, but I have decided I will not be renewing our passes following a series of negative experiences with a specific staff member, Nat. ​While the rest of your team—specifically Anthony, Brady, Henry, Jodie, Kiera, and Matt—are consistently wonderful, Nat’s demeanor is frequently cold and dismissive. Instead of a standard greeting, we are often met with an accusatory tone regarding our booking status, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Hospitality starts at the door, and unfortunately, these interactions have set a negative tone that has overshadowed our visits. I believe there is a significant coaching opportunity here regarding customer engagement.
