Monkey House

Would be zero stars if I could. We were told we had two hours, but only got an hour and a half of play. One of the women then came over and told us we had to leave because she needed the table back, despite other tables around us still being occupied when we arrived. Really disappointing experience, especially after being given the impression that we had the full two hours. The communication and customer service need significant improvement.

I have been there twice this weekend with my granddaughter, I have to say it was great, the staff are lovely and polite plus they keep the place spotless, well recommended x

the under 3’s section is aweful!! nothing to do at all go down a slide and throw a few balls, wont be returning
