New Adventurelands Soft play

The food is AMAZING and the soft play is lovely and just the right size.

We had celebrated our daughter 5th birthday in adventure land today. To be honest, it wa very bad experience from the time we entered in the place. Our plan was to server hot pizza and chips to kids parents as well and we discussed this during the time of booking. we have been told that you can inform the pizza count when you arrive but when we reached on birthday, party host told that they can’t arrange this. The same case was for character appearance. My daughter was very excited that mini mouse will join her birthday but at the end, she disappointed. They started serving food to kids before the cake cut even though I repeated told her that we want to first cut the cake. They completely spoiled my daughter birthday. I would never recommend to anyone to go there and celebrate their precious event

Emma was an absolute fabulous host! From start to finish for my sons 7th birthday party, she made sure everything ran smoothly, constantly checked to ensure I was happy and really worked above and beyond for us! My son's ASD and it was his very first party at a soft play, and we will absolutely be booking here again! Also we had a child who had allergies and she made sure to serve food that the child could eat! Professionalism at very high standards and very satisfied at how it all went. The standard package is what I booked and Emma sorted everything, while I could spend time enjoying the party! Thanks so much Emma and to the rest of the team at New Adventurelands! The visit from the Power ranger was awesome! He did a fab job! My son had the best time along with all his friends!
