We had a fantastic time at Newcastle Trampoline Park, Soft Play and Gym. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fun atmosphere made it a great place to spend a few hours. We'd definitely visit again.

I have been a member of this gym for almost two years. Throughout that time, I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and respectful, and I have never had any personal issues with them. As someone who, due to my faith, is only comfortable using the women’s gym, I have relied on that space for a long time. However, over the past year, I have noticed a significant increase in membership, with many new faces joining. As a result, the women’s-only section has become overcrowded at times. Given that there are only a limited number of machines available in that room, it can be difficult to access the equipment needed for a workout. Recently, I had an upsetting experience in the women’s section. There are only two treadmills available, and while I was using one, another member appeared frustrated that both were occupied. When the woman using the second treadmill finished, one of the waiting members immediately took it but repeatedly looked towards me in a way that felt intimidating, as though she wanted me to end my workout so her friend could use the other treadmill. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and pressured, and I ended up cutting my workout short. I submitted a complaint regarding the incident, but I have also decided to cancel my membership. While I appreciate the staff and the service they have provided, I no longer feel as comfortable in the women’s-only space as I once did. What should be a safe and welcoming environment for women has, in my experience, become increasingly overcrowded and, at times, uncomfortable to use. It is disappointing to leave after nearly two years, but unfortunately I no longer feel that the space meets my needs.

Came in to the Trampoline part as we had an activity booked (Active Reality VR) on Tuesday 9th June. The guy on the desk in the evening was rude, shouting maliciously, because he said they’re closed at 7pm (they’re not! Because the VR closes at 8pm). So he didn’t even know his own closing times, and after all that not even an apology for shouting because of his lack of knowledge, horrible guy.
